I ask that all students who are in my classes, please comment here and notify me so that I may see just exactly who you are.

This is the format in which to provide Mr. Tatsu Sesshu your information, and a signature for the class you are taking. Remember this is for Music ONLY.
<b>Name of Student:</b> (Last then first.) <b>Grade:</b> <b>Class:</b> (Name of class obviously.) <b>Digital Signature:</b> (I want your name here, your FULL name, as your promise to me you are taking me seriously. If you haven't figured this out already, that I am persistent and consistent on a particular word, then you know for certain I am not kidding around when I say--my word is law in my class. Delete this in parenthesis and keep the following as a part of your contract with me. ~Mr. Tatsu Sesshu (Pronunciation: Se - shoe) ) I, the signed, will perform in this class with the seriousness and spirit that I hold for my own life. If I am to use an instrument that is the school's or Mr. Sesshu's, I will return it unscathed and in the condition I received it in, returning it upon my graduation and before summer break. If the instrument was rented out from Mr. Sesshu personally, and I wish to keep the instrument, my parent and I will make those arrangements with Mr. Sesshu. If there are damages, and the instrument rented from Mr. Sesshu is not bought right out, my parent will pay for the expenses of the damaged item. This is my promise to Mr. Tatsu Sesshu that I will keep at least an 80% in this class, and if I go below that, I am to perform a test for the class, compose a piece for this class, or write an essay to raise my grade. If I refuse to sign this, or refuse the test, it will be decided by my teacher and the Head Mistress that I will be reassigned to another class. I have read the rules for this class, I understand and agree to this by signing this certificate.
